How does Shopify decorate via templates?

Once we have installed the template, we have to decorate the website. It is normal that at first newbies may encounter some difficulties. You just need to give a little patience and confidently observe the rules, you will soon realize that Shopify's decoration interface is very friendly.

And I have to give an extra shout out here to Shopify 2.0's backend design, the user-fitting interface is really user-friendly and easy to use at this stage. Although the last version of the background is already very good, but I am glad to still achieve new breakthroughs.

The first step you need to take is to go to the Shopify decoration panel, log in to your Shopify backend, then find Themes, and finally click Customize on the right side.

Once you get to the decoration panel, you can see that there are a lot of different buttons on the left side. All of these buttons actually represent the structure of your website, and they aretop-downThe. Said another way, the button at the top, is your website notification bar. You do this by clicking on different buttons to modify different areas of your website. Of course, you can even change the order of them, so you can use your own imagination.

Here we'll click on the first Announcement bar and when we do, you'll see an add block button. This means that I can add additional components to this area.

3. Next, on the right, change the text of this top message box
4. Or modify its color
5. Be able to click delete in the bottom right corner if you don't need it.

If I click on Header in the second column on the left, then it's time to modify the navigation bar of the site. The navigation bar can be modified in more ways than one, you can set your own Logo, you can change the background color, and you can set whether or not you want to keep it sticky.

The next step is to modify the banner rotation banner, just click on Image banner. You can set the image and text of this rotating banner and even the buttons. All of them can be modified easily.

This is the basic idea of Shopify decorating, in fact, many people get on board immediately the first time they use it.
