Phase I: Project initiation (commercial phase) Down payment: total contract amount 50%
  • Demand communication sessions:In-depth research on business requirements, functional modules, and visual preferences.
  • Programs & Quotes:Produce a detailed Project Functional List with Price Estimates.
  • Contract signing:Clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, delivery standards and duration.
  • Project Standing:Formalize development scheduling once payments are in place.
Phase II: Visual Design (UI/UX) Stage payment: Remaining design fee (50%)
  • Design Delivery:Provide high fidelity design drafts of the core pages of the website.
  • Feedback and Repair:
    Modify the redline:

  • Design finalized:Client signs off or emails to confirm the design and lock in the visuals.
Phase III: Technology development (Development)
  • Front-end development:1:1 Restore the confirmed design and realize interactive animation.
  • Back-end development:Building databases, writing functional logic, and managing backend development.
  • Content Filler:Assist or have clients upload basic text and image material.
Phase 4: Testing and Acceptance (QA & Launch) Final payment: remaining balance of the contract
  • Internal testing:Perform multi-browser compatibility, responsiveness and functionality stress testing.
  • Customer Acceptance:Delivered to the test address, the customer confirms the function according to the function list.
  • Centralized repairs:Centralized fixes for bugs or functional deviations found during acceptance.
  • Delivered on line:After the final payment is settled, we will assist in deploying on-line and handing over the back-end account and source code documentation.
